Simplicity Catering Conditions Of Service
Clients are requested to study the following conditions of service very carefully so as to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and disputes during and after the function.
Deposit / Booking fee and Final Payments
After you have received our Invoice / Quote and Confirmed you would like us to cater for your function, we request you pay your deposit / booking fee immediately.
We work on a first-come first-served basis.
We do not accept provisional bookings.
Only once your deposit / booking fee has been paid, will the date be confirmed in your name in our diary.
A deposit / booking fee of 50% of the total value must be paid into Simplicity Catering’s account on acceptance of invoice / quote, which confirms your booking for your function.
The final payment for the function can either be:
Paid in cash fifteen (14) days prior to the function
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
NB. Failure to make payment as stipulated above will result your function being cancelled immediately.
